Building Rental
Did you know MCPSD#1 offers building rentals?
If you are interested in renting an area of our buildings, please read and complete the appropriate Building Rental Agreement and fill out an FMX request.
Important Update — A New Rental Agreement, Rental Pricing, and Facility Rental Billing Terms/Agreement go into effect on July 1, 2026.
*Rentals taking place before July 1, 2026 should use the current agreement.
*Rentals taking place on or after July 1, 2026 must use the NEW agreement.
Please email the completed document to Kadee.Hatter@K12.nd.us or drop it off at the District Office.
FMX Scheduling Requirement
The district uses a system called FMX to plan, manage, and track facility needs. To ensure we have sufficient staff and building availability, you will need to submit a request in FMX.
After submitting your Building Rental Agreement to the District Office:

Log in to the FMX system.

If you do not have an account, click "Need an Account?" to create one.

Once logged in, click "Click here to create a new schedule request."

Fill out all required information.
This FMX entry is essential for communicating your needs to the correct staff and ensuring building and staffing availability for your rental.
