2026-27 School Year Bus Registration
All students who plan to ride the bus during the 2026-27 school year must complete the online transportation registration form.
To guarantee bus service on the first day of school, registration must be completed by July 20, 2026.
Registrations submitted after July 20 may take up to 30 days to process before transportation service can begin. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email through the FlowForms system indicating when your student is eligible to begin riding the bus.
The Bus Stop Locator is an interactive map that provides your student's planned pickup and drop-off time.
To locate your bus stop:
- View the Bus Stop Locator.
- Enter your complete street address.
- If your address includes a building letter or number, include it in your search (example: 1234 7th Ave NE A). Apartment numbers are not required.
- A red marker with a plus sign (+) will appear on the map showing your designated bus stop and pickup/drop-off time.
- If a stop has a #1 or a #2, it signifies it is a stacked stop, meaning the bus will arrive twice. #1 refers to elementary school pickup, whereas #2 refers to middle and high school pickup.
Please note:
- Drop-off times will be available approximately two weeks after school begins.
- Late-start pickup times will be added later in the school year.
Student safety and respectful behavior are important on every bus route.
If a student is written up, parents/guardians will receive an email through the FlowForms system that includes:
- The behavior or incident that occurred.
- A description of the incident.
- Any action taken by the bus driver.
- Whether the report is the student's first, second, or third write-up.
Parents/guardians will also receive a Bus Bulletin text notification letting them know a conduct report has been issued and directing them to check their email for complete details.
If a student rides more than one bus route, all applicable parents/guardians will receive notification.
The Bus Bulletin text messaging service allows families to communicate quickly with Harlow's School Bus Service.
Families may use Bus Bulletin text messaging to:
- Report that their student will not be riding the bus.
- Notify Transportation that their student did not have their Z Pass.
- Request that your student be dropped off at the Rough Rider Center.
- Ask simple questions.
Harlow's School Bus Service will typically respond with "Ok" or "Thanks" to confirm your message was received. If you do not receive a response, please call 701-444-3626, option #6.
Save the Bus Bulletin Number
Families should save 701-354-1922 in their phone contacts as Bus Bulletin.
To ensure text messages are received:
- Verify that the number has not been blocked.
- Keep contact information up-to-date with Harlow's School Bus Service.
- Bus Bulletin messages are sent to the phone number families provide when registering a student for transportation.
- If a family's phone number changes, email wc.dispatch@harlowsschoolbus.com with the updated information.
The MyView app allows families to receive notifications when their student scans their z pass on and off the bus.
Before setting up an account, families will need their student's ID number and MCPSD1’s access code: 5884. If you do not know your student's ID number, please call their school office.
To enable notifications:
- Download the MyView app from your device's app store.
- Open the app.
- Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner.
- Select Z Pass Notifications.
- Turn on push notifications.
- Tap Save to confirm your settings.
If you need further assistance, please visit the Zonar MyView Parent User Guide.
Have You Moved?
If a student's address has changed, families do not need to register for transportation again. Instead, complete the Transportation Address Change Form to update their information with the Transportation Department.
