Student Enrollment

Once the student registration is completed and submitted you will receive a confirmation in your email. If the office needs additional information the parent/guardian will be contacted in a timely manner by a school representative.

Students entering kindergarten MUST be five (5) years old by July 31 to attend the current school year.

If your student lives in a different school district but you would like them to attend a school in the MCPSD1 district, you will need to complete two forms:

• The Open Enrollment Application
• The Tuition Agreement

Important: Before you fill out either form, please contact the MCPSD1 District Office.
There are specific timelines and both your home district and MCPSD1 will need to sign off on the forms. This process must be completed every year.

This form is to be filled out ONLY when a parent / guardian is requesting that the student named at the top of the form be transferred from the elementary school assigned according to the policy for school boundaries to a different elementary school. This form must be submitted on or before May 31.
